Matinee is built in what was once a 1920s cinema complex, the Mayfair. It has a warm ambience with hearty fare accompanied by an extensive wine list from Euro Wines in Wellington. The restaurant is open at night for fine dining, while during the day tapas bar and cafe serve cafe-style meals
