About us
Bearing the Spanish title ‘hunter’, Cazador has beguiled Auckland diners with exquisite game - venison, pheasant, duck, wild pork and quail – since 1987.

Sourced wild and from free-range farms by chef and owner Tony Lolaiy, dishes are imbued with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, prepared with authentic aromatics and traditional techniques.

Amongst favourites (pastas, paella, baklava) and classics (pepper steak), less well-known cuisine features, in recipes from the villages and tribes of Persia, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Spain. The menu includes vegetarian options.
